🔧 What You Need:

Heat press machine
-
DTF transfer design (hot peel type)
-
T-shirt (cotton, polyester, or blend)
-
Lint roller (optional but recommended)
-
Teflon sheet or parchment paper (optional for final press)
🔥 DTF Hot Peel Pressing Instructions:

Set Heat Press Temperature:
140°C – always follow the temperature recommended by your transfer supplier. -
Set Pressure:
Firm pressure (adjust press if needed – you should feel resistance when closing it). -
Set Time:
8-10 seconds -
Pre-Press the Shirt:
Press the shirt for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. -
Position the DTF Transfer:
Place the transfer film on the shirt, design facing up, film side facing you. -
Press:
Close the heat press and apply pressure for 8-10 seconds. -
Peel Immediately:
HOT PEEL – As soon as the press opens, peel the film off quickly and smoothly in one motion. -
Post-Press For Durability:
Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper and press again for 5–10 seconds.
🧼 Aftercare Tips:

Wait 24–48 hours before the first wash.

Wash inside-out in cold water, gentle cycle.

Do not bleach or iron over the design.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.
